Customer Relationship Engineer
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive platform adoption and retention.
About the role
You'll be the strategic partner for our customers, ensuring they get maximum value from VizFleet. You'll combine technical understanding with relationship skills to drive adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and build strong relationships
- Drive platform adoption and ensure customers achieve their business goals
- Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate with sales on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Provide strategic guidance on platform usage and best practices
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmap
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, account management, or relationship roles
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS customer lifecycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience in usage metrics and health scores
- Experience in logistics or supply chain industries is a plus
