Terms of Service

These terms are between you and VIZFLEET TECHNOLOGIES SDN. BHD. (registration 202601032075 (1694170-T)) for use of beta.vizfleet.com, app.vizfleet.com, and the VizFleet Driver Android app. It also covers the VizFleet fleet operations service. By using the sites or the app, submitting a form, or creating an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use VizFleet under a signed proposal, order, or master agreement, that document controls where it conflicts with this page. If you use VizFleet for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. A driver who uses the VizFleet Driver app must be at least 18 and must have authority to submit driver, vehicle, and proof data.

VizFleet is a fleet operations platform for logistics teams, available on beta.vizfleet.com, app.vizfleet.com, and the VizFleet Driver Android app (package com.vizfleet.driver). Depending on the modules in an account, it covers bookings, vendors, rates, invoices, maintenance, and live fleet activity. The driver app is for drivers aged 18 and over who already work with a fleet. It is not a public job board. The public site describes the product. A demo is an invitation to evaluate it, not a promise that every screen shown in marketing is switched on in every account.

We may change, suspend, or retire a feature. We will not remove a paid feature you have ordered without a reasonable transition, unless security or law requires a faster change.

Signup applications are reviewed before an account is activated. You must provide a working business contact and keep account details accurate. Activation links issued by this website expire after 24 hours and work once.

You are responsible for users you invite, for passwords, and for activity under your account. Tell us at support@vizfleet.com if you suspect unauthorised access. A driver can ask us to delete a VizFleet Driver account on Delete your VizFleet Driver account. The Android app does not yet contain its own delete button.

• Use VizFleet only for lawful fleet and logistics operations.
• Submit personal data about drivers, staff, or customers only when you have a lawful basis and have given them any notice the PDPA requires.
• Keep credentials private and use a unique password.
• Do not probe, disrupt, or overload the service, and do not try to bypass Turnstile, access controls, or another customer's data.
• Do not copy the software, resell access, or scrape the sites in a way that degrades them. Reverse engineering is allowed only where Malaysian law says a contract cannot forbid it.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not use the service to send spam or malware.

You keep ownership of the fleet and business data you submit. You grant us a licence to host, copy, and display that data only so we can provide, secure, and support VizFleet. The Privacy Policy describes personal data in that material.

The public website does not publish a standard price. Fees, billing period, and taxes are those written in the proposal or order you accept. Public pages are free to read. A demo request does not create a paid subscription.

If a written order says an invoice is overdue, we may suspend the paid service after notice until the overdue amount is paid. Suspension does not erase fees already earned.

The sites, software, text, visuals, and the VizFleet name and logo belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer that ownership. The Copyrights page states what you may do with site content.

The sites load Cloudflare Turnstile, Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Speed Insights, a chat widget, and, on the contact page, Google Maps. Careers applications open a Google Form. Those providers have their own terms. Carrier names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners.

We work to keep VizFleet available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, and events outside our control can interrupt it. Live tracking and messaging depend on networks and devices we do not operate.

VizFleet is provided with reasonable care. We do not exclude liability that Malaysian law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of the sites or the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for VizFleet in that period. If you have not paid any fees, that cap is RM 1,000.

You may stop using the sites at any time. We may refuse a signup, or suspend access, if you breach these terms, create a security risk, or fail to pay agreed fees. A written order sets the notice period for ending a paid subscription.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek interim relief from any court that can grant it.

We post updated terms on this page and change the date. The current version is 2 October 2026. If you keep using the public sites or the VizFleet Driver app after that date, you accept the update. A signed agreement's change process controls for customers who have one.
