Customer Service Engineer
Provide technical support and ensure smooth customer operations for VizFleet platform users.
About the role
You'll be the technical backbone for our customer service team, helping customers resolve platform-related issues, configuring system settings, and ensuring seamless integration between our platform and customer operations. You'll work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver exceptional support.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support for VizFleet platform issues and configurations
- Assist customers with system integrations and workflow optimizations
- Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to engineering
- Create documentation and training materials for customer-facing teams
- Collaborate with product team to identify and resolve recurring issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in technical support or customer engineering roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and API integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with CRM or logistics software is a plus
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
