About the role

The Customer Support Executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding bookings, delivery status, operational coordination, and issue resolution. The role involves working closely with operations, drivers, deployment, and billing teams to ensure smooth communication and timely support across the logistics workflow.

What you'll do

  • Handle customer queries related to bookings, delivery updates, proof uploads, and service status
  • Coordinate with operations and drivers for shipment tracking and issue resolution
  • Monitor ongoing and completed bookings through the system dashboard
  • Assist customers with booking-related concerns, delays, failed deliveries, and escalation handling
  • Verify delivery proofs, DO numbers, and customer confirmations when required
  • Coordinate internally with billing and vendor teams for clarification on operational records
  • Maintain proper communication logs and follow-up records
  • Provide basic guidance to customers on system-related usage or workflow questions
  • Escalate technical or operational issues to the relevant teams
  • Ensure professional and timely customer communication at all times

What we're looking for

  • Basic understanding of logistics or transport operations
  • Ability to handle customer escalations calmly and professionally
  • Familiarity with CRM/TMS workflows is an advantage
