About the role
You'll lead the sales efforts for VizFleet, focusing on acquiring new logistics companies and expanding our presence in the Southeast Asian market. You'll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while building a high-performing sales team.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new logistics clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Mentor and develop junior sales team members
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of quota attainment
- Experience selling to logistics or supply chain companies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics
