Manage technical support operations and system configurations for the Vision platform.

About the role

The Support Technical Admin will manage technical support operations, system configurations, user access management, and first-level technical troubleshooting for the Vision platform. The role acts as a bridge between operations teams and technical teams to ensure system continuity and user support.

What you'll do

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in the system
  • Support internal teams with system-related issues and technical troubleshooting
  • Monitor application usage, activity logs, and operational alerts
  • Assist users with login, access, configuration, and workflow-related issues
  • Coordinate with development teams for bug tracking and issue escalation
  • Maintain system configuration records and operational documentation
  • Support deployment verification and post-release checks when required
  • Validate data entries, operational flows, and module-level issues
  • Assist in monitoring integrations, GPS tracking, and workflow-related technical issues
  • Generate basic operational and technical reports when required
  • Ensure proper follow-up and closure of support tickets or incidents
  • Maintain system stability through proactive monitoring and coordination

What we're looking for

  • Basic understanding of application support and administration
  • Familiarity with IAM, user permissions, and operational workflows
  • Good troubleshooting and coordination skills
  • Ability to understand technical issues and communicate clearly with users
  • Knowledge of TMS systems is an advantage
